About Us - More Than Just a Heating & Cooling Company
A customer-first approach to doing business is at the core of Indoor Comfort Team’s business structure. “Customer-first” means honesty and integrity are at the core of everything we do. We spend countless hours just thinking and innovating new ways to stay on top. The outcome is a pleasant, knowledgeable workforce that provides great value to our customers by delivering "Comfort You Can Trust".
Our Past History
Indoor Comfort Team is a proud merger of two successful companies with roots tracing back to 1979. Located in the suburb of Lemay, Missouri, we have HVAC technicians and plumbers with decades of experience ready to effectively tend to your needs. Rest assured we will be here today and tomorrow to ensure your indoor comfort system is functioning properly. We are a fully licensed and insured contractor.
Local & Family Owned
Since first opening our doors in St. Louis in 1979, the Indoor Comfort Team has excelled at giving our customers the highest quality customer service in the industry. Our owner, Adam Rahmanovich, is a trained engineer and built our business on a foundation of trust and integrity, believing that relationships with our customers should never be taken for granted and that each customer should be treated with the utmost respect. “Treat customers exactly the way you would like to be treated,” is a motto and belief system that he inspires our team with every day. As a result, we take pride in the long-lasting and trusting relationships we have developed with our customers, even second and third generation customers.
Our Staff has Experience & Training
All of our service technicians are expertly trained, meeting the highest industry standards and recognized as verified journeymen energy efficiency experts with hundreds of hours of training and years of on-site experience. Our average technician has over 20 years of experience, with our senior technician having 36 years of experience in the industry. We also have one of the most seasoned and respected HVAC instructors in the St. Louis area responsible for training our technicians and keeping our team up to date on the latest HVAC technological advancements and industry best practices. Our service technicians are continually learning and meeting the challenge.
Our standards are extremely high, so not everyone who applies to work with the Indoor Comfort Team makes the grade. In fact, less than 1/2% of the technicians who apply actually pass our initial, in-house HVAC test and are allowed to move on to the next level of evaluation. We want only the best to serve our customers and that's exactly what you'll get when our service technicians come to your home.
All of our technicians are certified according to NCI, BPI, and NATE's strictest industry standards.
Just as each customer is unique, each project our expert service technicians work on is unique. Some problems are easier to solve than others and sometimes it takes real ingenuity on our team's part to customize a solution specific to the situation at hand. In our 37 years in business we have been challenged many times to problem-solve a situation that other heating and cooling companies could not. And, we don't want to boast and certainly would never say anything negative about other HVAC service companies, but we have been called on by many customers to come to their home to fix a problem that another service provider either caused or could not fix.
Whatever your heating and cooling needs or issues, call the Indoor Comfort Team and we'll be right over to fix the problem. Serving St. Charles, St. Louis and the Metro East area.
Every member of our team goes through a thorough background check. This ensures the folks we send to your home meet all standards of professonalism you expect.
An educated consumer knows to ask, "Do you use subcontractors"? We do not. Everyone in our organization is an employee.
Marked and Branded Trucks
Seeing a contractor who has clearly marked vehicles shows everyone who is behind the wheel. We want both customers and the general public to not only get to know us by name buy easily be able to contact us should the need arise. Fly by night or firms that use subcontractors often have unmarked trucks.
If the county or municipality we are doing a job in requires a permit, we pull it. Rather than think of this as another government tax you might want to consider that a permit includes a follow-up from a third party inspector. This gives homeowners a change for an unbiased resource to inspect the job quality. Sutdies show up to 45% of jobs requiring a permit don't get one pulled by the contractor.
Licensed & Insured
We have all required licenses for the work we perform. We are fully insured for both our work and our equipment. In addition, we maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
Using Our Own Equipment
